As Seen In Eataly…

October 22, 2010

So today I decided to stop by Eataly (The Italian imported food hall that Mario Batali recently described as a “temple,” and as a place where “food is more sacred than commerce.”) to pick up food for dinner. I’m glad I was able to go there during the week because on the weekend it must be crazy. Its a great selection of food and cooking stuff which included cookbooks and random utensils which is where I picked up an awesome new fish spatula. I love me some kitchen stuff, especially when its super cute Alessi and harmoniously color coordinated.

The food looked incredible. The bright colors of the fresh meat and fish were amazing and, to see all that freshly made pasta- honestly even though it was 10am I wanted a big bowl of it. The only thing was the people who manage Eataly are Italian (from Italy), which is great but their English is not the best, as you will see in the sign below. Can you find the 3 spelling and grammar mistakes?
