artmrkt Hamptons 2013

ArtMrkt is a relatively new fair that has expanded very quickly to be a staple on the art fair scene. Every year it is expanding and reinventing what it means to be an art fair. This year in the Hamptons they had a large tent behind the Bridgehampton Historical Society. Surrounding the tent were food trucks from the city, which was very appreciated by me and my stomach. (To me nothing says awesome like Rickshaw Dumplings).

Below is what I liked inside the tent:

This was made out of discarded jeans. To truly appreciate this piece you have to realize the amount of detailed work that it took to make it.
